The project Parque Solar Nonogasta, owned by 360Energy Group, is currently in full construction phase

 The site is spread over 107-hectares of land owned by the Company, located a few kilometers away from the city of Nonogasta, in the Department of Chilecito, province of La Rioja, where more than 130,000 polycrystalline photovoltaic panels will be mounted on single-axis trackers. 360Energy estimates the Park will be entering commercial operation by the end of the year.

As of July, the company reported an important work progress, with more than 90 people currently engaged in electromechanical and civil tasks.

Work already completed:

– Soil movement and leveling.
– Construction of the perimeter fence.
– Opening of access and internal roads.
– Setting up the area for storage of materials and components.
– Installation of the liquids disposal facility.
– Works for water supply.

Work already started:

– Reception of main components: More than 100 containers arrived at the site.
– Assembly works: More than 5,500 driven posts (25% completion).
– Low voltage electrical laying works: 45,000 meters of installed cables (25% completion).

The Nonogasta Solar PV Project has a long-term energy sales contract (PPA) with CAMMESA that was awarded to 360Energy in round 1.5 of the RenovAr program. The Nonogasta PV Park will have an installed capacity of 35MW (AC), which will require a total investment of approximately US $ 40 million. The financing of the investment is totally committed through the injection of own capital of 360Energy and bank debt provided by a group of local financial institutions led by Banco Hipotecario SA, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitizaciones and Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

360Energy is a business group of Argentine capitals focused on the development of renewable energy projects, more specifically solar photovoltaic energy. Through the RenovAr program, the 360Enery Group has been awarded the Ullum I (25MW), Ullum II (25MW) and Ullum III (32MW) projects in the province of San Juan; Saujil (22.5MW), Fiambalá (11MW) and Tinogasta (15MW) in the province of Catamarca; And Nonogasta (35MW) in the province of La Rioja. In addition, the 360Energy Group, through Energías Sustentables SA, has owned and operated since 2012 the only large-scale photovoltaic solar park in Argentina, located near the town of Cañada Honda, in the province of San Juan, with a power of 7 MW .
